Welcome! By subscribing to Luxury Travel, Unzipped, you agree to the following terms. This newsletter is written and curated by Ane Lowe, founder of Lowe Luxury Travel, and is intended to offer travel insights, resources, and commentary based on professional experience in the luxury travel industry.

Please read this carefully before subscribing.

1. Content & Use

All content, including text, PDFs, images, itineraries, and downloads, is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content (paid or free) without written permission from Ane Lowe.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Copying or sharing paid content outside your household

• Republishing Google Maps, packing lists, or itineraries

• Using this content commercially or as part of a competitor service

Let’s keep it classy and respectful.

2. Subscription Tiers

Free subscribers receive limited content, including select previews and 1 free post per month.

Paid subscribers receive:

• Access to premium posts and tools

• Travel strategies, packing lists, and Google Maps

• Insider insights, destination guides, and industry commentary

Founding members receive all the above plus waived planning fees for up to 3 trips per calendar year. This is a $1,200+ value and applies only to travel planned directly through Lowe Luxury Travel. It is non-transferable, does not carry over to future years, and is subject to availability based on Ane Lowe’s planning calendar.

3. No Guarantees or Liability

While I share travel recommendations, booking tips, and planning advice, this publication does not guarantee results or specific travel outcomes. I am not liable for actions taken based on the content shared here.

Subscribers should independently verify travel regulations, vendor availability, and local policies before booking.

This is not a substitute for a client-advisor relationship unless a formal travel planning agreement has been signed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions are handled through Substack. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note: no refunds are offered for unused time or partially read content once a subscription is active.

5. Community Guidelines

Comments, messages, and community engagement are encouraged! But this is a curated, respectful space. Any abusive, spammy, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.

6. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. I’ll notify subscribers if any material changes are made, but it’s your responsibility to stay informed.
